Bladder lift with Bladder sling, Vaginopalsty, Labiaplasty

36 year old female who had 3 prior vaginal deliveries. Patient was complaining of loss of urine when laughing or coughing and a change in sensitivity and friction during intercourse. She also wanted her labia minoras reduced in size. She underwent a bladder lift with a single incision midurethral sling along with a vaginal tightening procedure and labiaplasty minora.
